BumpyBumpy is made by Hit Space Ltd, a UK company (“we”, “us”). Your use of Bumpy is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), together with the terms on this page. If the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
Free for early users
If you start using Bumpy while it’s free, it stays free for you for as long as we offer it, even if we later charge new users. That includes anything we add to Bumpy later.
Your photos and films
Everything you make in Bumpy belongs to you. Your photos and films stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud; we don’t receive them and claim no rights in them. Our privacy policy explains what we do collect.
A keepsake, not medical advice
Bumpy is for keeping memories. It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. Week labels are counted from the due date you enter.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
